Riža je zahvalna namirnica u svako godišnje doba, međutim brojna istraživanja ukazuju na to da bi trebali što češće konzumirati integralnu smeđu rižu zbog njezinih nutritivnih prednosti, a mi donosimo super lagani recept za prefinu salatu.

Poznato je da smeđa riža pomaže održavanju vitke linije, stoga ne propustite recept za salatu koji donosimo u nastavku!

Evo što će vam trebati od sastojaka

  • 1 šalica smeđe riže
  • 0,5 kg piletine
  • 2 rajčice
  • 1 tikvica
  • 1 paprika crvena
  • začini po želji

Priprema:

Rižu kuhajte posebno, a za to vrijeme na maslinovom ulju popržite piletinu koju ste prethodno izrezali na kockice. Narežite na kockice papriku, rajčice i naribajte tikvicu. Kad je piletina već približno gotova ubacite povrće, i sve miješajte na laganoj vatri dok se povrće ne smekša.

Rižu isperite hladnom vodom, dodajte u smjesu sa povrćem i piletinom i začinite po želji, a ukoliko želite dodati još koju namirnicu poput graha, kupusa, badema, slobodno eksperimentirajte.

Recipe for simple, delicious and versatile brown rice salad… RECIPE 2 c uncooked brown rice (soak it for 8-24hrs, then rinse well, cook according to instructions and cool. Stir through the dressing.) ️1 red & 1 yellow capsicum (USA pepper ) cut to desired size Spring onion, sliced 1/2 – 1 c packed parsley, chopped 1/2 c activated pumpkin seeds 1/2 c activated sunflower seeds 1/4 c sesame seeds (mix of black and white) 1 c roasted peanuts Dressing: (THIS IS KEY! )… 1/2 c coconut aminos (or use tamari if you can have soy) 1/3 c @totally_kiwi Citrus flax seed oil (or use olive oil) Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp crushed garlic 1/2 tsp salt 4 drops @nirvanahealthproducts pure stevia (or 1 Tb sweetener of choice) Make the dressing and stir through the RICE.
